Full of dreams
2018.
A bronze ashtray with cigarette butts suspended in the air with nylon threads inside a Plexiglas display tube.
The composition resembles a cloud of smoke the butts once had created when they were still lit and long. Being a non-smoker myself, I sometimes envy the intimate moments of contemplation smokers seem to have at the duration of pulling and exhaling a cigarette.
